Way too early thoughts on the Knicks and (incomplete) Sixers

Ladies and gentlemen, NBA basketball is back.

While not regular-season ball, the Knicks and Sixers faced off in Abu Dhabi on Thursday and will proceed to do so again later today, while the Lakers and Suns duked it out last night. Today, I want to take a look at the former matchup due to the late-night nature of the latter preventing me from doing a full analysis — regardless, it’s time to overreact to meaningless basketball!

Each one of the points below has a very good chance of meaning next to nothing come the regular season, as preseason ball is barely predictive for anything, except for the fact that it’s very difficult to be a terrible preseason team and be a phenomenal regular season squad.
