All Bricks: Three Things That Concern Me For This Weekend's Matchups
6MOY finalist off the rails, something wrong in Houston, and whatever the heck is going on in Memphis
Well, it’s been a very…varied start of the playoffs, shall we say.
Some of the regular culprits are there: Luka Doncic looks great — albeit not for the team we thought at the start of the season — the Thunder are phenomenal, and this Clippers/Nuggets series is likely the most impressive round of the bunch, despite being placed on NBA TV at times. The latter is a disappointment, but that’s not the one I want to talk about today.
Through the first round, there have been quite a few fall-offs that you could probably rattle off. Some are more concerning than others, but I want to take a look at three specific things that are, at minimum, concerning to me related to both the outcome of these playoffs and each team’s needs for this offseason.
Let’s just get right into it and head to Detroit first…
